Creative production systems for agencies
In agencies the hours disappear into adaptation rather than ideas: thirty formats, six languages and four channel cuts of the same campaign. Zero-Shot builds systems that handle that adaptation from rules. The creative decision stays with the team; the system multiplies it and catches anything that breaks the guidelines.
What we build
- 01Automatic adaptation from a master creative to every channel format
- 02Language versions generated with copy length and typographic constraints
- 03Brand guideline checks for colour, type, logo clear space and minimum size
- 04A client approval flow that collects the generated set in one place
- 05Campaign archives stored in a re-generatable form
How it runs
01
Make the guidelines machine-readable
The brand guideline moves from PDF to rules, so colour, type and spacing become measurable.
02
Pilot on one campaign
A live campaign's adaptation is produced through the system and compared against the hours it normally takes.
03
Turn on the checks
Off-guideline output is caught before it reaches the client, which is where revision rounds drop.
04
Hand to the studio team
The system becomes a tool the studio runs itself, without coming back to us for every campaign.
What we measure
- Adaptation time per campaign
- Number of revision rounds
- First-pass rate through brand guideline checks
- Channel and language coverage achieved on the same budget
- How independently the studio team uses the system
When this is the wrong fit
Coming up with the idea is not this system's job; it multiplies the idea. In boutique studios where every piece is one-off and entirely different, the gain stays low — no repetition, no automation.
Common questions
Does it do the creative team's job?
No, it takes the dullest part of it: adapting one idea into thirty formats. The idea, the composition and the campaign decision stay with the team. In practice the gain is the hours spent adapting going back into thinking.
Is it rebuilt for every brand?
The infrastructure is shared and the rule set is per brand. The first brand takes longest; later ones are added much faster once their guideline is made machine-readable.
Should the client know AI was used?
We treat that as a transparency question between agency and client, and we do not recommend hiding it. Writing the method into the contract prevents problems later; leaving it out creates them.
